Habit of Happiness

People say:
"Those who laugh are the people who are sad inside"

I question: Why so? Those who don't have sorrows, don't have the right to laugh out hardest among all? Or those who are sad inside are forced to be happy on the face of everyone?

Everyone has their own reasons for being sad, but it depends on your choice how you want to face the problem and deal with it. If being sad can resolve, let us all be sad, and if not, then why not let us be happy and tell our problems, we don't care! No one is forcing you to be happy or sad, but being in sad mode, may create problems for you and your loved ones and I am sure no one wants their near and dear ones to be sad.

Just have a look around closely and observe, how many people are there without any problems?

The answer is none. Each and every person deals with their life and it's their way to make their life better and happier. You cannot define people's problem in categories. Somewhere deep inside, we all are worried for one or other thing. A studious student is always worried for exams, no matter how much he has prepared, similarly, a mother is worried about her kids.

The point is we are humans and none is born to just sit and eat. There will be ups and downs in life, so welcome them happily and deal with them. If you are sad, express it, it will only reduce your sorrow and you might get another view to deal with the problem. As we say:

"Khushi baantne se badhti hai"

So spread happiness. Not all things are meant to happen in your life, stop chasing them and enjoy with what you have.

Happiness is a habit. The one who wants to be happy, no matter what the situation is, the person continues to be happy and joyful. And those who just want to keep sorrow over one or other thing, won't find happiness even in birthdays or festivals.

Keep smiling and believe in yourself 😊

  2. I liked the pitching statement. I read a story about an author who observed contrarian in three scenarios. A professor who was worried about students so much in the class but in reality he didnt care and later part was exposed through an incident to Author , A wife who seemed to care for her husband so much but in reality was cheating him and a mother who extra loved her son about whom author came to know later that he was not his real son.

Life is full of contrarians I too realized later that's why now a days don't trust people who are too sweet or always sweet.

And yes I agree 100% the people who are happy outside are actually very sad deep heart.
